Yes. Which means it isn't tested and there are often problems you need to fix yourself before you reach your goal. Right now, I have to exclude qtgrpc from the build because it fails to build (I don't remember why and I don't have time to spend on that module). Two weeks ago, I had to disable qttranslations because otherwise cmake would enter a seemingly-infinite loop. I also build with examples and tests disabled; there used to be a lot of conflicting target names between modules on those.
