The Qt LTS releases are only available for commercial users. You need to have access to the commercial Qt repositories in order to use the lts-6.2 branch from meta-qt6. See https://code.qt.io/cgit/yocto/meta-qt6.git/about/?h=lts-6.2#commercial-qt
