The Qt Creator archive seems broken too.
https://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/qt-creator/2019-January/thread.html
only contains two mails, but I'm pretty sure there has been more.

Our sysadmins tell me the archive is now repaired.
A cursory look shows, indeed, many mails between the 4th and 21st of
November. Please check for anything you remember sending in the
interval to verify it has indeed been restored !
