I filed QTBUG-67010 to track the issue. Preliminary investigation suggests that this only affects 5.11 and dev as a consequence of the TZ changes introduced with QTBUG-56787. Do not bother restaging, it will continue to fail until a fix is submitted. The issue is related to the tests expecting to run in pacific time, the CI machine being in finish time, since today the US obeys summer time and the tests attempt at overriding the time zone Qt detects from the system to be PST fails and results in a test failing.
