I'd like to nominate Ivan Donchevskii for Approver.
He is working since spring at the C++ support of Qt Creator. Since then his changes made a strong impact to the C++ support. He worked on the Clang integration for Qt Creator, Clang itself, improved the static analyses, polished the Windows experience of the C++ support and integrated Clazy and Clang Tidy.
