Isn't this the wrong list for this message? It should've gone to announce@ and interest@. Second, I think that a 15 days window for updating is very, very wrong. You should allow at least 2 months. In corporate environments one is simply not allowed to run the Maintenance Tool at will; sysadmins must do it, and they must first do it in testing, triple check that nothing breaks, and then do it on the development / production machines.
