std::chrono::{duration,time_point,clock}. In Qt6, a compat-only QTime will be
a thin wrapper around std::chrono::nanoseconds, if we don't kill it off there
and then.
Or have I misunderstood the sentiment surrounding QOptional, QArrayView and
QFunction?
