libQt5WebKit will execute QtWebProcess. It also links against widgets if it is available at build time, but that is an optional dependency. (it is used for style initialization)
Unless something has changed there recently :) Simon Opprinnelig melding Fra: Lisandro Damián Nicanor Pérez Meyer Sendt: 22:16 søndag 16. februar 2014 Til: development@qt-project.org Emne: [Development] libQt5WebKit5, libQt5WebKitWidgets5 and QtWebProcess doubt Hi! In Debian (and most probably Ubuntu too) we are currently shipping libQt5WebKit5 and libQt5WebKitWidgets5 in the same. This has the disadvantage of making more difficult to maintain proper symbols files [0]. So I took the time to split them and came to the following situation: - libQt5WebKitWidgets5 depends on libQt5WebKit5 - QtWebProcess depends on libQt5WebKitWidgets5 Now the question: does libQt5WebKit5 make suse of QtWebProcess the executable? I really hope not, but I couldn't understand the source code so as to decide on this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Lisandro. [0] Just in case, symbols files are used to keep track of the symbols exposed by a lib and try to catch possible API/ABI breaks. -- No hay preguntas tontas, solo tontos que no preguntan. personaje, en un mail del LugFi.
