Windows installer package is build & generated from qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.0.0.zip. Therefore I would say that beta isn't completely broken but configure & build for Qt5 seems to be very error prone at the moment. This have to be followed and continued to work with in order to have it more robust for the next release.
