I was wondering if the illumos bug system has an API that could be connected to a GitHub webhook for the
"issues" and "issue_comment" events (and possibly the "pull_request" and
"pull_request_review_comment" events if useful): https://developer.github.com/webhooks/
The idea, of course, would be to streamline the procedure for those using
https://github.com/openzfs/openzfs to offer up ZFS pull requests, while
reducing the need for manual intervention by admins finishing up the RTI
process for those who didn't create the requisite illumos bug report to pair
with their GitHub pull request.
