Can I check in the update to GCC 13.2?

Are there any test results to point to?

I'm generally ok if there are test results. But I didn't see any in the build@ list

I built all BSPs with GCC 13.2 and Binutils 2.41. It was successful and it fixed some microblaze build problems which I had for several months. So, I checked it in. The GCC and Binutils are now in place for the RTEMS 6 release from my point of view.
