Why did the hash change? Is this because the actual patch changed or 
because there were some changes in the metadata, for example a 
different Git version.
I'm not sure. I don't have the old patch to compare to the current one.
Then I would open a ticket which explains why this patch is necessary 
and then add the patch as a ticket attachment. This ensures that the 
patch is independent of Git server changes.
