As part of adding aarch64 BSPs to tier 1, it become obvious that
these config files had not received attention lately. Multiple
architectures and BSPs needed to be added. Some BSPs that had
been removed needed to be removed here as well.
With the legacy TCP/IP stack no longer in rtems.git, it made
sense to eliminate the build variance on network. This will
have a huge impact on the execution time of the build sweeps.
Build results for everything, tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 are
posted to build@.
Hopefully not controversial since it wasn't in the best shape
when I started.
