I suggest you download the Petalinx source bundle and see if you can find the u-boot code in that. If you do send it to me off list and if suitable I will upload to our ftp server. It has become a bit of s trend of Xilinx to put the code into Petalinux and not make it widely available or upstream. The PicoZed is the same.
