CamelCase the directory names?
c-user/user-extension -> RTEMSAPIClassicUserExtensions
c-user/scheduling-concepts -> RTEMSAPIClassicSchedulingConcepts
This will make identifying and recalling the labels easier.
The names correspond to the Doxygen group names. The Doxygen group names
correspond to file names. We can adjust them, but it makes things a lot
easier if they are the same in Doxygen and Sphinx.
