I am not aware of a plan. It is up to those wanting to benefit from the qualification effort to initiate this and to provide the support or approach the project. As can be seen in this thread the project is moving and will continue to so I can only appeal to those involved to start to consider this now. The project will not pause when the pre-qual project ends while they sort something out.
