Yes. I would also consider adding something about being able to set FD_SETSIZE
before including `sys/select.h` or defining it on the compiler command line to
increase the size? The work around (solution?) is not easy to see.
I can add something, but I think this is not really the right place.
This is more a general issue on how to use select() in RTEMS independent
of the version.
