Ok, I will fix this in a follow up patch which covers all configuration options which depend on configure defines.

This is not the patch to fix this but we document the mechanics but
don't give guidance on system integration decisions like selecting
scheduling algorithms or tuning the block device buffering.
We can add this to the group descriptions or a general option which enables a feature, e.g. CONFIGURE_APPLICATION_NEEDS_LIBBLOCK.
