Commit 72c684eff2cd932b4948e21902680a93473340c3 removed the default
value of rtems_tools.  If the --rtems--tools option was omitted the
rtems-test command printed lots of

error: run.cfg:61: macro '%{rtems_tools}' not found

error messages.

I will need to think about this. I am wondering id removing the prefix code
allowed the PATH to be used.
I have rtems-test in the $PATH and calling it without --rtems-tools doesn't
work without this patch.

could you please have a look at this. Since the %{rtems_tools} macros needed it
should be defined:

grep -r rtems_tools --include '*.cfg'
tester/rtems/testing/gdb.cfg:%define gdb_cmd
%{rtems_tools}/%{bsp_arch}-rtems%{rtems_version}-gdb

Please push this change. I thought I had responded but something must have gone
wrong. I am sorry about that.

No problem, my last statement from you was "I will need to think about this.".
