Also t.h is very short with no value to being short. Being used in the tests, it could be arbitrarily long like t_test_framework.h and really wouldn't matter.

I searched for <t.h> and it seems nobody else was crazy enough to use such a header file. Originally, the test framework had an RTEMS independent name. Maybe, we should move it to <rtems/test.h> and move the current <rtems/test.h> to <rtems/legacy-test.h>.
