The psxtm* amd tm* tests can easily be made to fit. Most of the offendiing
ones respect an OPERATION_COUNT define which controls how many
objects under test will be created.

Chris is working on a modification to override OPERATION_COUNT from
tcfg and that is the more elegant solution.

Some of the tests likely don't fit but this is a sledgehammer solution
and ignored the comments that didn't want these patches merged.
I would have implemented these a couple of months ago if I thought it
was prudent.
