I don't think the tool chain is an issue, you can already build it with
the RSB. Also RTEMS in general is 64-bit ready. There is production
quality support for 64-bit PowerPC and RISC-V. For AArch64 the RTEMS CPU
port is missing, e.g. context switches, interrupt processing, MMU setup,
cache support, etc..
