Just a reminder that the next time newlib bumps versions, it will have
a change to correct two pthread prototypes. RTEMS will.need a patch I
posted a while back at that point.
The new mirrors on Github (https://github.com/RTEMS) will make us more
independent of the Newlib snapshots.
