It tests the normal use case of the linker sets. The sets and items are part of
a library.
Why not directly link the object files?
The tests for RTEMS_LINKER_RWSET_ITEM_REFERENCE() and
RTEMS_LINKER_ROSET_ITEM_REFERENCE() need a library.
I just noticed that there is now some other content in items.c. I will
fix this.
