I run currently a tool chain build on FreeBSD 11. The new configuration
files are:
config/tools/rtems-gcc-m32c.cfg
config/tools/rtems-gcc-or1k.cfg
config/tools/rtems-gcc.cfg
So, no GCC and Newlib version in the file names.
