Hi, I am now up to the testsuite and referencing the BSP specs file from the source tree and not installing a copy.
I have simplified the process to get a source tree. The work is held at: https://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/people/chrisj/includes-move/ and follow the README.txt's 'Build No Preinstall' section. The 'inc-down' script will pull down all the files you need and the 'build-no-preinstall' script will update the source ready to build. Note, make sure you have the RTEMS 5 tools in your path and edit the end of the 'build-no-preinstall' script to point to your RSB for 'sb-bootstrap'. I have been testing the beagleboneblack and erc32 BSPs so testing and patch feedback for other BSPs is welcome. Every little bit helps so please considering giving it a try.
