Hi I spoke with someone yesterday at the FSW who pointed out that Linux has an assembly version of memcpy() for SPARC. Obviously this code is pure GPL so we can't use it.
Does anyone know of optimized SPARC implementations with appropriate license? I am wondering if there isn't code in *BSD, we might be able.to look at Illumos which I think is the new name of what used to be OpenSolaris. Hoping many eyes can offer options here. Thanks. --joel
