Chris suggested that a Users Manual include sections on each BSP with

what Chris proposed it would either be in a SPARC > General or SPARC > LEON3
subsection.
There is a section called 'Hardware'. I think the 'Tiers' section can be moved
to after 'Targets' and then 'Architectures / SPARC' and/or 'Board Support
Packages (BSP) / LEON3' can be added.
For each BSP we need sections like, 'Configuration', 'Console Driver',
'I2C Driver', etc. For each architecture we need one section for each
BSP. We should limit the section depth by three. What will be the top
section name? Do we really want four or five section layers? What is
with stuff present in all/most BSPs, e.g. common configure options?
