Add tools/5 patches
Update #3220.
I did not want any further patches in the rtems-tools repo. I originally adding
them and it was a mistake. Sorry, I thought this had been discussed and it was
understood. Please use tickets and attach patches to the tickets.
These are not new patches. They just moved from tools/4.12 to tools/5.
Can the tools/5 patches please be moved and the tools/5 tree be removed?
Could you please add tickets for such requests. The tickets indicate
what needs to be done for the release. Who works on it and what priority
it has. Its very easy for me to forget about things in mails.
