Registered presenters will receive in email the required release forms that they must review with the legal experts in their organization, sign, and upload prior to abstract deadline (Friday September 22nd 2017) and presentation deadline (Monday, November 27th 2017). For last few years, due to US Govt Budget process issues, arranging conference travel has been problematic. To avoid those problems, we request US Govt and Military personnel to register early for the FSW-17, and submit travel forecast to appropriate departments. The Core Flight Software community will meet Monday Dec 4th, 2017preceding the workshop. After mid-September, Homewood Suites at 7531 Montpelier Road, Laurel, MD, 20723 will open a block of room for workshop attendees.. This hotel is short 8 minute walk from workshop location i.e. Building 200 -E 100, 11101 Johns Hopkins Road, MD 20723. More information will be posted on the website.
