Yes it could be, it is with a parallel build patch I am testing. The box
is loaded with parallel build jobs with make jobs.
The stand alone build works so there is something here I will need to
look into.
The build was not with my changes, it is the standard build system so
this looks like something that exists in the current build system.
I cannot reproduce this problem. A build with your command line worked here.
