I think it is a reasonable expectation when you build an SMP RTEMS the
tests run with SMP enabled using all available cores.
No, we don't run the tests using all available cores. This would break a
lot of tests which assume that the highest priority thread runs alone.
It would also make it considerable harder to write some tests.
This make sense. I would assume the test explicitly handles this so it
is clear this is the case. I am missing how this relates.
