As far as the copyright, I can change it to whatever you want. I based the test cases off Sebastian's test structure but I can make a generic RTEMs copyright if needed.
I cannot say without reviewing the original source and your changes so this I feel is something you will need to handle. You can either replace the copyright if the work in the file is all yours or you can add yourself. If the work is yours or you have made reasonable changes a copyright for you should be added.
