In general, the project is of interest, but we would need a lot more time to get the proposal details right since this project has been worked on by three past GSoC efforts and some commercially-sponsored efforts. The result of the prior work in powerpc was not fully mergeable, and the result for the ARM resulted in the table-driven approach to MMU initialization..
