Hi all, the following patch bumps the tools in the OpenRISC toolchain to more recent versions. Beside this is replaces the patch sets to be applied to GCC and GDB with official releases from the OpenRISC Github repository.
The patch should preferably go into branch 4.11 and the current development branch.
