The basic problem is that waf doesn't even work to build the rtems-tools
on msys2.
The cyclic dependency is there in all versions.
I will need to see this and understand the issue. An imported module
should be ok to import again and again.
In options.py you import git.py and vice versa. This seems to work on
Linux but not on msys2.
