Use newlib git repository and gcc snapshot that contains the latest moxie opcodes. Revert back to dtc-1.2.0 as dtc-1.4.1 would raise a compilation error.
Note: This patch is unstable, and it's meant to be a temporary solution until the next gcc release,the build process may or may not fail!
