The libmd and libcrypt are copies from FreeBSD so we should keep this
stuff as it is.
We should somehow document that some files are copies from other
projects. The simplest thing would be to add a README file to these
directories.

On this topic, libmd should be renamed now that it contains
cryptographic hash functions other than md4 and md5.
And does crypt deserve its own subdirectory, or should it more
appropriately go under libcsupport?
