Hi This is a set of 57 boring patches which eliminate warnings and do some clean up. Mostly this is adding static to methods, addressing set but not used warnings, using uint32_ for pci dword operations, correcting IRQ structures, and clean up.
As with the previous rounds, I have tried to stick to one patch per BSP or area.
