I am looking at this. It will take some time to sort out. I suggest changes be committed to covoar assuming the current rtl-host code and if someone needs to built it they copy the code in. I can clean up the building as I sort out the merge.

Yes. I need to figure out how to do this. The rtl-host code has the library and then the actual tools and this may be separated. I also need to get the code into a structure that lets waf manage it and I this is what I need to look at.
