This patch adds support to run or1ksim and GDB; both of them run separately and GDB is remotely attached to or1ksim via RSP protocol. It's intended to run the new or1ksim/OpenRISC BSP applications. or1ksim script runs the simulator after generating a configuration file that specifies the HW features/configurations of or1ksim BSP, while or1ksim-gdb script runs or1k-rtems*-gdb and remotely attaches to or1ksim. Both or1ksim and or1ksim-gdb are passed a full path to the or1ksim BSP executable program.
