- added support for configurable debug level at runtime.
Based on a patch from Anatoly Pidruchny - patch id 1728481.
- adds-on:
- the feature can be disabled at compile time
- MI command to inspect and change the "debug" value
- some cleanup in the dprint.h stuff
- hold-back:
- dprint extension for printing time and level.
