AFAICT, this is only used when virLXCProcessReboot() fails in virLXCProcessMonitorEOFNotify(), in which case the stopped lifecycle event would have reason 'reboot' instead of 'shutdown'.
Perhaps it's fine, but wanted to bring the subtle change to attention. It would be interesting to hear others opinion.
