I'd suggest that you ping packages maintainers for packages that relies on mercurial before, in order to collaborate on that update. dnf --releasever=24 repoquery --alldeps --whatrequires mercurial shows much more than just tortoisehg It's better that a provenpackager or someone with commit access try to do a bundle update.
