This is somewhat odd. The compose failure report says:
DEBUG util.py:393: Error creating Live CD : Dependency check failed :
(('java-1.8.0-openjdk-headless', '1:1.8.0.65', '12.b17.fc24'),
('/bin/sh', ''), 0, 0, None)
but bash provides /bin/sh , so I don't know why that would fail...

KDE fails and repository metadata timeouts here; the issue with
mirrormanager and stale metadata is still there.
