I am finding I can't push updates for F23:
$ fedpkg update

Creating a new update for python-importmagic-0.1.3-3.fc23
python-importmagic-0.1.3-3.fc23 not tagged as an update candidate
Yet in koji, I see that build listed as f23-candidate:
