A bundling exception was not granted[1] even though xmlrpc++ is not
currently in Fedora so upstream has developed a stand alone library,
flxmlrpc, to fix the problem and I have submitted a review request for it:

It's a very simple library so it should be a very simple review if
someone could help me out quickly.
