There should definitely be the equivalent of 'dnf --do-exactly-what-i-say'
so that we can use it from scripts and programs.
Also (as yum is not careful about this):
- Always send errors to stderr and ordinary output to stdout
- Return a non-zero exit code on failure
- Make sure ^C works
