PS: To be clear, according to the policies, you should:
1. File a bug against your own package:
Subject: ARM builders time out when building %{name}
Description:
The ARM builders are so frigging slow at building this package that they
systematically time out.
2. Make the bug block F-ExcludeArch-ARM.
3. Mark the bug (from step 1) as CLOSED CANTFIX.
4. Add to your specfile:
# ARM builders too slow (#nnnnnnn)
ExcludeArch: %{arm}
(Of course, fill in %{name} and nnnnnnn.)
