TASK DESCRIPTION
One of the units of work for taskotron is bodhi updates and the runner needs
to be able to download updates.
Example:
bodhi: action=download arch={{arch}} name={{update name}} dest={{workdir}}
bodhi: action=download arch={{arch}} id={{update id}} dest={{workdir}}
Either one of those examples would take an update id/name and download it to
the {{workdir}}. This will end up in the same module as T46
